One More Time:  Are you ready for your tournament?

Tournament time is upon us. Follow this checklist as you prepare for The Big Day:

___  Review your "Travel Guide for Teams" (download from the idodi.org web site).
___  Check "Tournament Tips and Tricks" - Come prepared, bring to the Tournament! (download from the mndi.org web site).
___ Thoroughly read your pre-tournament letter, mailed by your Regional Director to membership contacts approximately 2 weeks prior to your assigned tournament. Contact your Regional Director with schedule and site questions.
___  Make sure you and your team/s know their "nickname" (Regional Tournament Registration Form).
___  Review DI, Inc's "Rules of the Road," downloadable from the idodi.org web site.
___  Check the final (Feb. 15) published Team Challenge Clarifications on the idodi.org web site.
___  Don't neglect your Side Trips! Teams should integrate them with their solutions and clearly identify what appraisers should look for.
___  Practice! Practice! Practice Instant Challenges and your Central Challenge.
___  Prepare for the "unexpected" during your performance or during the day:  
    - list and group all the things that could go wrong
    - rank potential problems by the seriousness of the result
    - minimize problems: "If this happens, we could..."
    - prepare a plan of action (who, what, where, when, how)
    - develop your own "chill out" plan
    - make FUN your first goal of the day
