    1. Color team photo, labeled with membership #, Challenge, Level, and names of team members
    2. Team Roster and Media Form (1)
    3. Declaration of Independence (2)
    4. Expense report (1)
    5. Tournament Data Form (5)
    6. Presentation Summary (3)
    7. Any challenge clarification you requested
    8. Team identification sign
    9. Name tags: Must be worn by each team member all day
  3. Pages to read before and then bring to tournament:
    1. Rules of the Road, Challenge, Team Managers Guide, Travel Guide for Teams
    2. Volunteer assignment
    3. District 287 cover letter for tournament information
  4. Important points to remember about Tournament Day:
    1. NO FOOD ALLOWED IN TEAM STORAGE ROOMS. Rooms must be cleaned up and returned to original order. Rooms are inspected toward the end of the afternoon.
    2. Teams should stay together - meet family members in the cafeteria.
    3. Be respectful.
    4. Visit as many of your school's teams' performances as you can!
    5. HAVE FUN !!!!!
